Liam has worked with over 100 clients to build exceptional teams - hiring high impact builders, world-class early career talent and mission-driven leaders.

Liam’s experience includes building digital platforms, hiring senior executives to roles in the tech sector, widening access to higher education, and enhancing STEM education with MIT.

Liam gained his MBA & MA in Education as a Knight-Hennessy Scholar at Stanford University. While in Palo Alto, he was also a Graduate Fellow at the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered ArtificiaI Intelligence (HAI).

With 20 years+ experience in education & tech recruitment, Huw works with ambitious companies around the world to grow dedicated, high performing teams.

Prior to EQL, Huw was a Director at a global recruitment company spanning four countries and before that he led a team of 60 as Chief Operating Officer for UK-based recruitment provider.

As a parent and teacher, Huw cares deeply about identifying the best talent to create and promote products and services to unlock the boundless potential of students.

Steffan Jones

Product & Venture Dev Manager
Driving product & platform development, new business & research

Steffan brings a strong background in mechanical engineering and software development, and a winning mindset, to EQL Tech.

Steffan leverages this to engage new client partners, to carry out research to power the delivery of priority searches, and to develop EQL’s product & platform strategy to enable rapid growth.

Steffan completed his undergraduate degree, majoring in Mechanical Engineering at Harvard, in 2025.
